We import compressed bales of sisal fiber from Brazil, inspect and manage each delivery batch, and then put the material into production.
Brazilian sisal fiber arrives at the factory in compressed bales. During unloading, we verify bale quantities, markings, and the condition of the outer packaging, then create receiving records so every raw-material batch remains traceable throughout subsequent production.
Accepted material is stored in dry, ventilated warehouses and marked by delivery batch in separate areas. Clear batch management reduces unplanned mixing and provides a consistent basis for fiber preparation, drawing, and spinning.
