Bulk Import of Brazilian Sisal Fiber
We source selected sisal fiber from Brazil as the primary raw material for sisal polishing cloth. Before production, we inspect the fiber's appearance, cleanliness, length and overall condition.
Yulin Tongli Rope Factory uses imported Brazilian sisal fiber and processes it through a complete in-factory production flow. Each stage is designed to turn natural sisal fiber into stable, practical sisal polishing cloth that meets export standards.
We source selected sisal fiber from Brazil as the primary raw material for sisal polishing cloth. Before production, we inspect the fiber's appearance, cleanliness, length and overall condition.
Sisal fiber is stored in dry, orderly warehouse areas. Proper storage helps maintain the fiber's condition before it enters production.
Raw sisal fiber is opened and pre-treated by a fiber-preparation machine. This loosens the fiber, removes visible impurities and prepares the material for the next processing stages.
Pre-treated fiber is processed by drawing machines to improve alignment and form more uniform fiber slivers. This stage is essential for producing stable sisal yarn and cloth.
Aligned sisal fiber slivers are spun into sisal yarn. During this process, the fibers are twisted into yarn suitable for weaving sisal polishing cloth.
Sisal yarn is wound onto spools or bobbins for the next production stage. Correct winding helps ensure smooth yarn delivery during warping and weaving.
Warp and weft yarns are woven into sisal polishing cloth on model 130 and 170 looms. Different settings are used to produce specifications such as 6×6, 6×7, 8×6, 8×7, 9×7, 10×7 and 11×7.
After weaving, the cloth surface and yarn edges are inspected and trimmed where necessary. This improves the appearance and performance of the finished cloth.
Woven sisal cloth is pressed flat, making it smoother and easier to roll, cut, package and use in downstream polishing-material production.
Before delivery, finished sisal polishing cloth is inspected for specification, surface condition, weave density, roll condition and packaging. Qualified products are packaged and prepared for shipment.
Packaged goods are loaded onto trucks for the domestic market or into containers for international markets, ready for delivery to customers.
