Company Profile Yulin Tongli Rope Factory is located in Yulin, Guangxi, China. We import sisal fiber from Brazil and process it into sisal polishing cloth for customers in the polishing-material industry. The factory occupies 7,129.82 square meters, including 4,080 square meters of production workshops, 600 square meters of warehouse, 840 square meters of employee dormitories, and 396 square meters of office space. The property is independently owned by the factory. With 45 employees and complete production equipment, we are committed to stable production, consistent quality, and long-term customer partnerships.
Production Equipment and Capacity With 45 employees, the factory is equipped with 3 sisal opening machines, 4 drawing machines, 5 spinning machines, 3 warping machines, 1 weft-winding machine, 18 model 130 weaving machines, 10 model 170 weaving machines, 6 shearing and rewinding machines, and 2 cloth-pressing machines. Installed capacity is 2,000 metric tons per year, with current annual output of approximately 1,200 metric tons. Our sisal polishing cloth and sisal yarn products are recognized by customers for stable quality and reliable performance.
